Science in ANDES
The ANDES laboratory is a unique site, shielded by 1750m of rock from cosmic rays. It can therefore receive experiments that could not be run on the Earth surface. Some of the relevant experiments hosted could be:

Geology and plate tectonics
Radiation harm and Biology studies
Nuclear astrophysics and its relationship to fusion
Low radioactivity measurements with many application fields such as environmental studies
